July 2026 3.00The hosts were very friendly and we had no major issues with them. We brought our dog and, luckily, he isn’t reactive because we weren’t notified that both neighboring homes had dogs behind see-through fences. One of the dogs was reactive, which could be an issue for some guests. We also had problems with the bedding. One comforter smelled like body odor, and another had what appeared to be a urine stain. We let the host know around 4 p.m. They offered to bring a replacement, but it didn’t arrive until the next day. They also said they’d check with housekeeping about the bedding but never followed up. The listing photos wasn’t fully representative of the home either. It felt much more sparse and less inviting in person. Also, the second bathroom is in the basement, which wasn’t shown in the listing photos. The basement itself was very uninviting as well. Overall, we needed a budget-friendly place, and while the home met our basic needs, they didn’t live up to our expectations.

May 2026 5.00Overall, I thought the stay was very good. The price point was good for the property. I will say in one of the bedrooms there’s a door to the attic which was a little scary but of course there was nothing up there so that made us feel better but just an fyi. The host was quick to respond except when we attempted to check in early. We were told the house keeper was still cleaning the property but upon arrival there were dust bunnies in the corner so I’m not sure how intensive the job the cleaner did & check out instructions asked us to unstrip beds so I didn’t see how much the cleaner had on her plate. All in all, the stay was good and I would recommend this property. Just wish we were able to check in a bit earlier.
