June 2026 2.00Mice and dropping present. Stained bedding. Limited kitchen supplies. Stove dirty. Home not sealed from the exterior elements. Insects. No lid on kitchen garbage can. When management was notified of mice being present they didn't respond until the next day. WiFi doesn't work. Limited AC. This wasn't a great experience. We stay in Airbnbs regularly and this was by far our worst stay of any. Furniture is cheap/flimsy. Stairs are uneven in height. One stair and several spots in the floor feel like you may go through them, very soft. WiFi didn't work. Turns out the WiFi works if you go outside. I assume that's because it's coming from the main house. This is a "renovated" garage. Beds were ok. Bedspread was stained. Location is pretty good, albeit a bit odd. Lots of services nearby. All in all, we certainly wouldn't stay again. The property needs some some love. Unfortunately not what we were expecting.

June 2026 2.00unfortunately the rental was subpar. There were both live and dead insects and spiders everywhere. There was food crusted on dishes and completely full moisture absorbers in several places. It looked like the place had not been opened or attended to in quite a bit. There was trash not only scattered everywhere on the lawn but also trash left inside in the trash cans. The stairs were so rickety, I felt they were too dangerous to walk up with any type of luggage. The Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent even though there were two separate logins available. I couldn't stream or do any type of work without using my own personal hotspot. The place needs a lot of love in terms of cleanliness and comfortability. There is no central air and wall the window unit is extremely loud. They claim it is in a wooded area but it really is just truly overgrown bushes and volunteer invasive species. It's not woods. it is overgrowth.

June 2026 1.00The pictures are deceiving. It was dingy and worn. The place needs to be painted. the base boards need to be replaced. All linen needs to be replaced towels, curtains, sheets. New curtains need to be hung. All kitchen ware needs to be replaced. The stairs had a large gap in them which needs to be repaired.

May 2026 4.00Helpful & responsive host and great instructions, but this place was way overpriced and did not match the photos or description. The good: parking close to door (but a huge semi in 2/3 of the driveway left us very little room to open our car doors), easy check-in, nice counter space in bathroom. Issues: The bedrooms are up a narrow, steep staircase whose steps are uneven and need fixing--the bathroom is downstairs. The beds were soft and the backboard on one was not well-attached. The dining table is tiny with barely space for two chairs and two placemats! The wifi did not work well, and kept cutting out, and didn't seem to work in many of the rooms. The toilet was slanted and hard to sit on! The photos were taken with a wide angle that makes the place look bigger; the carpet and coffee table in the photo were not there. Also no hair dryer, blender, coffee, and very few supplies. Air conditioners in most rooms are waist height and blast air at you, as does the heat in the kitchen.

May 2026 5.00Cozy house in a great location. Host was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was functional and very well equipped, we used it a lot. You have a chance to see deers in the backyard, which was nice :)
