Host provided great communication. Clean property.

We were really disappointed in this property for a family.The house was very dirty: all sheets and towels had stains on them, the front porch was covered in bird droppings, and the coffee machine had caked on coffee all over it. It was less a temporary cleaning issue, but more an overall feeling of neglect. There was a very strong smell of cat urine throughout.We were there on a very hot weekend and, despite the listing, there was only one window A/C unit in one bedroom and another in the kitchen. The other three bedrooms had no A/C. We actually had to lose the money we paid for our final night and go check into a hotel because it was unbearable.It looks like these pictures were taken a long time ago. The kitchen table was just a plastic card table and one of the bedrooms had no furniture. My daughter's clothes were just laying in piles on the floor.If you are a group of young single folks comfortable staying in hostel-like accommodations, there are a lot of beds here you can use and it would work fine for you. If you are a family looking for a comfortable space, I would look elsewhere.Positive point: the host was responsive and kind.

Helpful & very responsive management group. House served its purpose, could defiantly use major deep clean though.

We booked last minute and host immediately got bk to me. The home looked nice in pictures however not what we walked into. Dining room table was a plastic school table. Walking in the house our feet turned blk due to filthy floors. Trash left in bathroom, porches were dirty and sticky from something spilled. Simple extention cords for outlets all plug-ins used & unsafe. Air conditioner plug into to them. no plugs for guests use. I would not reccomend this Airbnb.

nice place to stay

We had an amazing stay from the moment we arrived and checked in until the day we checked out. We were treated exceptionally well throughout our entire stay.Whenever we needed anything extra, we simply asked, and the staff responded quickly and provided everything we needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even better.We highly recommend this incredible place and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location of property is great for anything you may want to do in Cleveland/Bedford area.

I hate to have to leave such a poor review but upon arrival the drive way is an absolute mud Pitt, gutters hanging off the house yard is strewn with trash. Get inside and some of the furniture was broken or unsuitable for an adult. The main level shower water never got hot. House is in serious need of attention and tlc. And at the price I paid for the stay it’s the same price as other homes in the area(within 10 minutes) and has half the ammount of amenities/comfort.

The home is as described. Nice and Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Highly Recommend!!!!

Booked the saw day and home was ready less than 4 hours. Great stay. Remote issues, other than that lots of space for family.
