Parma 3 bed 2 bath, king bed

House was nice and clean when I arrived. Both house and yard were much larger than I expected so that was a nice surprise. Close to downtown but you’d never know, it was very quiet.

Nice as described. Easy stay decent location

We have been a members of airbnb for 11 years. We have rented properties around the world. One of the qualities that make a host special is how they deal with unexpected things. This host is the first host in my 11 years on airbnb that simply did not want to help us. There were wildfires bringing unhealthy air into the area where our rental was located. We asked if we could move the dates to unbooked dates next week when the air quality improved and they were unwilling to be flexible and help us with this request. Of course it is nobody's fault that the wildfires occurred, but it is not unreasonable to ask to move the reservation to dates that they don't currently have booked so we can visit our 84 year old aunt without fear of getting her sick breathing unhealthy air. The host took the money without hosting us, it was purely a money grab. Airbnb customer service was helpful and asked the host to work with us, but the host refused. Our first negative review ever in 11 years.

Convenient location with easy access to main roads. A home nestled in a quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable. Great kitchen and dining area. For those who need a work space, the room one step down off the dinning room is great. However, missed in the bedrooms a dresser with drawers to unpack the suitcase for the week. Nice full home that worked for out family of 5. Convenient and good location near 480. Furniture and decor was very nice on interior of home. 3 bedroom with King Bed that was very comfortable. Easy to check in and out of home.

This is my second time coming back to this location and it’s good to stay as always.

Highly recommend! The house is newly renovated and very nice. There wasn’t any toilet paper the night we arrived, but they responded quickly and had some delivered as well as some additional items. Very professional owner. If/when we come back to Cleveland we will definitely rent this property!

Our stay was very comfortable! The place was exactly as listed and there was plenty of space for us.

The hosts provided very clear and easy-to-follow instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The house was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos — no surprises, just as advertised. It was comfortable, well-kept, and made for a perfect short stay. We would recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful home that is amazing value for the price. Extremely cozy and clean. Host is very friendly, communicative and accommodating. Awesome bed and very nice tvs.
