Please be respectful of neighbors, especially in the evening and early morning. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Any smoking must be done outdoors and away from entryways. August 2026 1.00- Gnats/flies in house; front door didn't seal to frame. Property mgmt sent bug spray & traps. Bugs remained & all over food & drinks all week. Spent our own money to buy add'l traps. - Refrigerator water filter needed replacing. - At move-in, there was trash in the back yard, the vegetation area next to the driveway, the side yard & front yard. - Air conditioning broke. Repair tech found the AC filter & coils had not been cleaned & were clogged. - House only had 5 forks (2 were disposables). We used our own silverware. - Bedroom chair fell apart when guest was sitting in it. Chair was missing multiple bolts entirely. - Basement flooded with water all over the floor & seeping into luggage bags. - Kitchen flooring was loose & unsecured = tripping hazard. - King suite shower door didn't reach frame; water puddled on floor = slip hazard - At check-out these (3) issues remained unaddressed: items of trash remained; refrigerator water filter unreplaced; flooding basement unaddressed.

July 2026 5.00We were in town for our anniversary. The house is beautiful. The property around the house is nice. There was plenty of room for my family. Only issue, one shower didn't work but we worked it out. I would absolutely stay here again.

June 2026 3.00overall home was ok, just had a damp musky smell and pooling water on the floor in the basement. although someone came and cleaned up the water the smell was still thete and the issue was not resolved. we were told not to use the upstairs shower, with 5 adults staying in the house made it a bit difficult. advised that this was an inconvenience and they suggested moving some people to a different home , but we came as a group and wanted to stay that way. once we told them we couldn't give them a 5 star rating they claimed that we broke a bed. the bed was broken upon our arrival it had been repaired with zip ties before we arrived. this house wasn't the worst we have stayed in nor the best .
